Your Spirit & Your Heart

The word “Heart” appears 826 times in the Bible.

“. . . out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.”

We now know we have physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual hearts. *

And it is all still a great mystery.

God models for us that He has a heart.

The Lord said to him,

“I have heard the prayer and plea you have made before Me; I have consecrated this temple, which you have built, by putting My Name there forever. My eyes and My heart will always be there.

-I Kings 9:3

We know that your heart can think, can feel, can make choices, can retain data, and can be so full of love and life that it is like a fire within you.

“They asked each other, ‘Were not our hearts burning within us while he talked with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?’”

-Luke 24:32

What treasures is your heart designed to carry and store?

What do you already have, and what is available to you?

How do the different aspects of your heart help or hurt each other?

How can your human spirit learn to be proactive about keeping your heart clean and joyful?

“A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good . . . For out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.”

As with other areas, we have found that in working with all the different aspects of the heart, engaging the human spirit enables us to move forward more deeply and more effectively than other conventional types of inner healing.

In this class, we will do some cleaning, some aligning, and some healing. There will be exercises that you are expected to do outside of class.

Each person will have a highly individualized and one-of-a-kind experience, and we expect to be surprised by God’s goodness all along the way.


Your Spirit & Your Heart will meet for eight sessions. Classes will take place on Zoom. Classes usually last for two hours. The class is limited to eight people.
